Positioning & Messaging:

Your Story from a Houston Marketing Firm

Craft a brand story that resonates. Our Houston marketing firm develops positioning and messaging that defines your client/customer experience.

Bringing Your Story to Life

Once the Separation Statement has been approved, we begin the development of your core messaging. This brings together, in a compelling story, how your organization should be positioned in the marketplace.

As a premier Houston marketing firm, we understand that your message is not just about what you do, but how you are perceived. We craft a narrative that resonates with the specific needs and aspirations of your target client/customers, making your value undeniable.

Shaping the Client/Customer Experience

We ask the essential question: How should the experience of working with your organization be perceived in the minds of existing and potential clients/customers? Our work as a Positioning Consultant is to ensure that every touchpoint reinforces this desired perception.

By moving beyond features and focusing on the “experience,” we create a brand that people don’t just hire—they join. This storytelling is what fuels your Social Touch Points, making your digital presence feel human and accessible.

Developing a Resonant Market Presence

Effective messaging is what allows a brand to achieve true “separation.” Our brand strategy consulting ensures that your voice is distinct from the sea of generic competitors. We develop the language and the logic that makes your brand the obvious choice.  Whether it’s through your website, your email signatures, or your sales pitches, we ensure that your organization’s story is told with a level of consistency and power that commands attention.

Narrative Strategy & Market Perception

Great positioning identifies a “white space” in the market that only you can fill. It’s about being the only solution for a specific problem. We use the data from our Competitor Insight phase to ensure your position is both unique and highly defensible.

We combine your mission, vision, and the “Separation Statement” into a cohesive story. This narrative serves as the creative “voice” for your marketing consulting in Houston, ensuring that all your advertising and outreach feels like it’s coming from the same authoritative source.

Success is measured by “resonance.” When your target audience hears your story and says, “That’s exactly what I’ve been looking for,” your messaging is working. It results in higher engagement, better lead quality, and a more efficient sales process.

a race car driver. As a child, I had a desire to become a race car driver even though I didn’t have any particular exposure or introduction to the sport. It was just an early gut feeling I had. For some reason I felt like I knew it would be something I would enjoy!

That feeling of getting to work on something you enjoy and are passionate about, and when finished, feeling like you did a good job. That just makes me want to do more!

I don’t see how you can answer anything other than flying. It would solve so many of life’s issues. There are obvious benefits like efficient travel and scenic views.

But think about this. It is a common thing to “go for a walk” to relieve some stress but how lame is that in comparison to someone who can take a couple minutes to “go for a flight”. Flying would provide a sense of joy and freedom that would allow me to forget about all of my current problems, allowing me to reset and return with a new focus. I’d never be stressed again.

A race car driver in my early ages, and then I shifted towards basketball when I realized I was pretty good. I wanted to go to the NBA. I was also inspired by Dude Perfect growing up, to the point where me and my friends had a YouTube Channel making trick shot videos. I wanted to be like them.

Probably chocolate chip cookies. I eat them pretty much every night and I don’t think I will be able to do that much longer.

Play golf, tennis, listen to music, be with friends and family, eat good food. I am a person who enjoys having hobbies, so I am always open to trying new things.

We listen before we lead. Those who give the best advice are the ones who listen well!

My absolute best days are when we’re able to help a client see their business differently. It’s usually at this point when things begin to take off and the effectiveness of what we can do for them begins to be realized both internally and externally in a very powerful way.

don’t get too high on the highs and too low on the lows. This advice was from my high school basketball coach.

I think it would be so cool to be able to fly. The different vantage points would be amazing and the ability to get places quickly would be awesome.

As a young fella, I probably wanted to be the usual things like a policeman, fireman, etc. But from high school on, I have always wanted to own my own business. In graduate school, my buddies were sure that I would make a living helping people/organizations see things from a different perspective. They were right!

Be prepared to deliver absolute excellence, while being part of a very caring, results-oriented, drama-free work environment.

There are a whole bunch of food categories that I wish had zero calories. If I had to pick one, it would definitely be tortilla chips with guacamole, chili con queso and/or salsa.

My favorite thing to do, by far, is to hang out with my family…Tracy, Erin, Trey and Kyle. My peeps!

I think giving the client what they need, not just what they want really defines NextLevel Thinking. We have seen some extraordinary results from those clients that have really embraced this collaborative approach.
