Competitor Insight:

Intelligence from Houston Marketing Consultants

Perform a comprehensive review of your competitive landscape with leading Houston marketing consultants. Identify market gaps and strategic opportunities.

Mapping the Competitive Landscape

As specialized Houston marketing consultants, we believe that the first step to winning is knowing exactly who you are up against. We conduct a comprehensive review of your competitors to understand their self-perception and marketplace positioning.

By mapping the competitive landscape, we identify the strategic gaps where your brand can achieve true separation and dominance, ensuring you aren’t just a participant in the market, but a leader.

Sentiment Analysis as a Strategic Weapon

To further understand the environment, our marketing strategy firm conducts sentiment analysis on your competitors’ social and digital activities. This reveals the perceived strengths and weaknesses of your rivals in the minds of their own clients/customers.

We help you move beyond being just another marketing firm in Houston by identifying the specific strategic opportunities your competitors have missed or ignored.

Defining Your Unfair Advantage

This investigation provides a clear picture of the market, allowing our Positioning Consultants to work with surgical precision. By understanding the brand strategy consulting tactics used by others, we can refine your story to be more resonant and distinct.

We ensure that your mission is not just heard, but preferred, by aligning your brand with the needs of a marketplace currently being underserved by your competitors.

Strategic Intelligence & Market Dominance

Understanding the competition is the only way to ensure your value proposition is truly unique. By analyzing the market, we create a strategy that sets you apart rather than allowing you to blend into the background. This ensures your brand has a distinct, authoritative voice.

Sentiment analysis uncovers the emotional landscape of your industry. It reveals how clients/customers feel about your rivals, exposing weaknesses that we can leverage as your strengths. This data-driven approach gives us the tactical advantage needed to capture market share effectively.

Knowing where your competitors stand is the prerequisite for an effective Brand Strategy in Houston. It allows us to build a “Separation Statement” that ensures your brand is recognized as the definitive solution for your target clients/customers.

a race car driver. As a child, I had a desire to become a race car driver even though I didn’t have any particular exposure or introduction to the sport. It was just an early gut feeling I had. For some reason I felt like I knew it would be something I would enjoy!

That feeling of getting to work on something you enjoy and are passionate about, and when finished, feeling like you did a good job. That just makes me want to do more!

I don’t see how you can answer anything other than flying. It would solve so many of life’s issues. There are obvious benefits like efficient travel and scenic views.

But think about this. It is a common thing to “go for a walk” to relieve some stress but how lame is that in comparison to someone who can take a couple minutes to “go for a flight”. Flying would provide a sense of joy and freedom that would allow me to forget about all of my current problems, allowing me to reset and return with a new focus. I’d never be stressed again.

A race car driver in my early ages, and then I shifted towards basketball when I realized I was pretty good. I wanted to go to the NBA. I was also inspired by Dude Perfect growing up, to the point where me and my friends had a YouTube Channel making trick shot videos. I wanted to be like them.

Probably chocolate chip cookies. I eat them pretty much every night and I don’t think I will be able to do that much longer.

Play golf, tennis, listen to music, be with friends and family, eat good food. I am a person who enjoys having hobbies, so I am always open to trying new things.

We listen before we lead. Those who give the best advice are the ones who listen well!

My absolute best days are when we’re able to help a client see their business differently. It’s usually at this point when things begin to take off and the effectiveness of what we can do for them begins to be realized both internally and externally in a very powerful way.

don’t get too high on the highs and too low on the lows. This advice was from my high school basketball coach.

I think it would be so cool to be able to fly. The different vantage points would be amazing and the ability to get places quickly would be awesome.

As a young fella, I probably wanted to be the usual things like a policeman, fireman, etc. But from high school on, I have always wanted to own my own business. In graduate school, my buddies were sure that I would make a living helping people/organizations see things from a different perspective. They were right!

Be prepared to deliver absolute excellence, while being part of a very caring, results-oriented, drama-free work environment.

There are a whole bunch of food categories that I wish had zero calories. If I had to pick one, it would definitely be tortilla chips with guacamole, chili con queso and/or salsa.

My favorite thing to do, by far, is to hang out with my family…Tracy, Erin, Trey and Kyle. My peeps!

I think giving the client what they need, not just what they want really defines NextLevel Thinking. We have seen some extraordinary results from those clients that have really embraced this collaborative approach.
